Returns: All returned items to voip-service.1accesshost.com must have a RMA number and be in original packaging. There may be a restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Warrantee: All items are sold as is unless otherwise indicated. Some products carry a manufacturers warrantee that is strictly at the discretion of the manufacturer Not voip-service.1accesshost.com.

Personal Checks: Personal checks are accepted however, merchandise will not ship until checks have cleared the banks (approximately 2 weeks). We have a $20 Bad check fee.

Security: voip-service.1accesshost.com makes every effort to protect your privacy. Our secure order system limits the chance of third party data interception. Use of this site is at the consumer's own risk.

Shipping & Handling: Shipping and Handling charges are for continental U.S. delivery only, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and  FPO,  APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED. All orders needing shipping outside the Continental USA MUST BE AUTHORIZED BEFORE THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED/SHIPPED. PLEASE contact our sales department BEFORE placing orders to be shipped outside the USA. Additional charges may apply to shipments outside the continental USA. On occasion we may ship products using carriers other than the USPS. FREE SHIPPING is available to continental U.S. customers only-Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and  FPO,  APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of all orders.

Important Shipping  Notice: All shipped packages requiring a "address correction"  will be automatically billed an additional "address correction fee" for each package.
